In an unlikely event,if you feel like returning the product, please follow few easy steps mentioned below.......

If you wish to return your Parcel ,Just Call to customer care Or Click on Cancelled Order at Our Website & Provide Order ID and parcel number to us &

Give Reason of return to Assistant .After Confirm by assistant This Parcel Send to Address  who told you by assistance/Address upon parcel through SpeedPost/Courier.

After Recieved & verify this Parcel at office Amount Whose Paid by you return to you Through Bank A/C Deposite/Vallet Balance Deposite/eMO etc.

& If you wish You Buy Another Product same amount you will Order it.

Yesit.in will accept Return or Exchange only if the following conditions are met.

    Return/Exchange should be initiated within 2 days of order delivery.

    The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

    The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

NOTE:- After Log complain within 7 Day Parcel not recieved at Yesit company that time this complain Automatcally closed.

Exchange Policy

How to return items?

Once you request to return a product, a pickup is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5 business days after your return request has been received. Once pickup is done, your refund will be initiated from our end.

How to cancel ordered items?

You can cancel your order within 24-48 hours of order through reaching out to customer support at Contact us.

**Yesit reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

 

How will I get my refund for cancelled or returned items?

We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been picked up by our courier partner. In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.

Yesit reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse any Refund for reasons including but not limited to: (i) any fraud or malpractice committed by the user and detected by yesit at any point of time, (ii) for any other reason that Yesit may deem fit.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 2 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

Miscellaneous

Please note that all the customer claims and requests for return/refund shall be subject to Yesit satisfaction. Yesit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove any portion of this policy at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates/ changes.
